Who owns the condos?
Our units are purchased and leased out by private individuals - this is not a centrally owned and operated apartment complex, but rather a condominium complex with many great land lords ready to meet your year-round rental needs!
What is the application proccess?
Contact us for a private showing of one of our currently listing rentals - there is a standard application available in our office located at 180 Main Street, Bridgewater, MA. Office staff will be happy to show you around, collect and process your no-fee application, but applications are subject to the condo owner's approval. What lease terms can I expect?
Our owners are currently offering 12 month leases, unless otherwise noted at time of listing.
What move in costs can I expect?
Most of our rentals require a deposit of first and last months rent, and a security deposit equal to a full month's rent.
What is the pet policy?
There are no dogs allowed on the property at Kingswood Park Village. Cats and other small pets are subject to the condo owner's approval and lease terms.
